I had both existing garage openers replaced with Liftmaster units with backup battery function. Installation went timely and satisfactorily. However, final cleanup left small pieces of trash and when I asked the installer if he would reprogram the cars for the new openers, his response was disappointing - "I would gladly do it but I am running short on time. But it is easy to do" I reprogrammed one car but the Toyota isn't accepting the new units. Disappointed in that but overall happy with the new equipment. Yes, I would recommend them in the future to family and friends!

Service Tech on time and found problem quickly. Repair made and then he serviced the unit and identified a couple of things to watch as the door is 10 years old and showing signs of use. I would recommend Precision as they have serviced my unit twice. The first time we from a power serge that took out the circuit board. This company is honest and treats customers very well.

Highly recommend! I had replaced rollers myself many times after they kept breaking, but then the door finally went off track and door was stuck closed. Called Precision at 8:30am and they were out and repaired by 12:30 the same day! The door has never run this smoothly and it is so much quieter.
