Wow is all I have to say. Your service tech who called on us at almost 9 pm Wednesday evening due to an emergency call really impressed me. He was hot and tired but he knew what needed to be done and he did it quickly. Thanks to him our car and motorcycle will sleep well tonight 5 stars

Chose due to Maumelle connection. This was a door repair. Replaced the spring. Tech was very courteous, thoroughly explained the problem and what needed to be done. Identified potential future problems (I'm sure due to age of the unit) and estimated those costs. I thought him to be very knowledgeable and I am completely satisfied with his work. Give you a 5 in all areas and will call you when another problem develops. (Hopefully not in the near future.) Thank you for the fast response to the problem.

A very professional business. My technician not only on time, but he was actually a little early. i appreciated the email i received confirming my appointment as well as exactly who would be coming out. Then the technicin called to confirm he was on the way and that if it was OK he would be a little early. They went above and beyond to make sure the system worked properly and would continue to work properly. I WILL recommend them in the future.

We utilized Precision Door Services for new garage door opener/belt drive install as recommended b/c current opener malfunctioning. Our entire garage door opener system needed to be replaced. 5 star service: prompt arrival, rapid assessment of problem, clear presentation of options available and prices, then timely installation.
