Chris arrived punctually, as scheduled. He inspected all aspects of my garage door apparatus, showed me the results of his detailed analysys, and I responded with several "fix-it" request, i.e., replacement of springs, pulleys, chains, rollers, and the motor. All parts were on-hand aboard his truck. He immediately set about the complete overhaul of my garage door. He was polite, considerate, showed exceptional acumen, and completed a complex "total rebuild" within two hours. I was totally impressed and extremely satisfied with his professionalism and skill.
