So very pleased with all aspects of the work done for us yesterday. Repair was scheduled the same day we called (that's unheard of)! James arrived exactly when he said he would. He was very professional and obviously had the knowledge required to complete the job (and it was done FAST). I only regret not watching what he did to make the operation of our door so very quiet again! THANK YOU JAMES!! Would definitely recommend Precision to anyone needing repairs on a garage door!

Stacy and Alex arrived on time, however the CSR I scheduled with had my service order screwed up, and they came prepared to install three new motors. I also had to give her my physical address just before she hung up, as she never asked me for it. And she had my email address wrong on my order. It was apparent she was in a hurry, and PLEASE STOP telling me with every response that it's "beautiful", "amazing", or "perfect". Use a professional dialogue or go automated. Now, Alex and Stacy were VERY professional, personable, and informative. They corrected some minor issues, explained their recommendations, and left me with a sense of confidence in their work and expertise. For two younger service technicians, they did impress me, and that is rare. Thank you for the quick response and friendly service. I appreciate you!

I have had car garage door issues for the past year. I was browsing online and saw this company. I called in to inquire about its services and was pleasantly surprise by the level of customer service and courtesy. The technician (Adam) came in one Monday evening, explained all the process, and why I have had the issues. He recommended me the best solution and I went for it. He came on Saturday morning, fixed the garage door and voila! I am very pleased about the professionalism, the courtesy, and the level of service. Adam was my technician. My wife said the door was broken at 7:00am. I made a call to Precision at 8:05. Adam was there at my scheduled appointment time. He assessed the problem, fixed it and I was back to work before my lunch was over on the same day. It was a great experience.

I had both existing garage openers replaced with Liftmaster units with backup battery function. Installation went timely and satisfactorily. However, final cleanup left small pieces of trash and when I asked the installer if he would reprogram the cars for the new openers, his response was disappointing - "I would gladly do it but I am running short on time. But it is easy to do" I reprogrammed one car but the Toyota isn't accepting the new units. Disappointed in that but overall happy with the new equipment. Yes, I would recommend them in the future to family and friends!
