Tech was available to come out next day. Large spring had broken and the garage door wouldn't open. Our car was left out in the rain. Taylor was very friendly and professional. Installed new spring and did maintenance work. Now door works great!!!

He was able to completely repair my garage in no time, and even gave me the option to upgrade my cruddy plastic rollers much nicer ones with ball bearings. Now my garage opens with no issues, AND it's much, much quieter! Precision will be my first call if I have door issues in the future.

The repair man was great very friendly and knowledgeable. He also came prepared to fix what ever needed fixing. He came with supplies that he might need in his truck. I needed garage door safety cables and he had them in his truck. I also needed new remotes and he had them in his truck. It was wonderful to see someone have the knowledge and take pride in his work.
