These folks were here in a timely manner. Peter the technician kept me informed as to when he would be coming and all the details of the repairs. He was extremely helpful. The repair left my door in better condition than when it was new with more structurally sound upgrades. I highly recommend them

05-23-2023. Precision Door arrived only 1 1/2 hours after I requested an inspection on my Overhead garage door for the first time ever (New home 19 years ago). Turned out, springs, coils, rollers, and the motor badly needed servicing and/or replacement. Door itself was out of balance. Technician, JON COLEY showed me the extensive wear & tear of grinding metal, and worked tirelessly for 3 straight hours without a break. I cannot thank Jon and Precision Door enough for catching and repairing/replacing what would have soon been a failed garage door. Hardest working technician I have ever experienced in any trade!!
