The fact that he called first and showed up at 8:00AM on a Sunday morning after driving all the way down from Northern Arkansas was even more impressive. His explanations were thorough and comprehensive, with a friendly demeanor and disposition. Precision installed a new door a couple of years ago and put a sticker with phone number by my control on the wall. I was impressed and confident in their quality service and called Saturday for service. Monday, Ethan updated my motor (20 yrs old) with a new motor and controls and was super courteous. I will use them again and recommend Precision Door! Ethan needs a raise! He is a jewel!
