Ethan came to our home today & did GREAT, efficient work & explained every question asked. Nothing on our garage doors was broken, but the doors had become noisier in the last year. Both our garage doors are 20 yrs old. We had both motors replaced & rollers, plus springs, and bottom seals to keep out weather. Amazing how much quieter both doors are now !! Cost was more than expected, but since we did not know what was the problem, and age of doors, we decided to go with all of Ethan recommendations, plus one more.

My appointment was acknowledged for 8:00-10:00 am and Drew called at 8:30 which was super. We had our other opener replaced 3 years ago and everything went great then so we went back for our small golf cart size garage opener. The opener was very old so Drew replaced with a Genie in about an hour. Great service and he also added the GFI protector on both openers so our warranty would not be voided in case of a power surge. Price seemed a little high since only 3 years ago we replaced with Lift Master at $700 but this one was $920 plus the GFI plugs. Service was fast and Drew was a very nice young man. I'm to old to put in an opener on my own so glad your company is available. Thanks

Can't say enough good stuff about this company. My garage door spring broke on a Saturday morning within 30 minutes. They were here to repair it. The repairman that showed up was amazing, very friendly, explained everything and did a great job. Thank you very much

Called Precision on a Sunday afternoon and talked to their representative. She was very helpful getting us scheduled for Monday. Clay called 30 minutes before our appt as expected.. he wascat our house 10 minutes later... very professional and thorough in explaining our door system and which parts needed replacing... our spring broke was the initial issue. Clay replaced and calibrated the garage door system and had us review and test the door too. His initial estimate was correct when the work was done... Highly recommend Precision Door and Clay!

We had been planning to replace an old garage door and a family member highly recommended Precision Garage Door. After storm damage occurred, we had to step up the plans. Called Precision at 9:30 this morning and we had a representative at our hour at 2pm. Drew was so knowledgeable, so friendly and very helpful! He answered all of our questions in detail, double checked availability and had us booked for installment four days from now in about an hour! An exemplary employee…he even laughed at my jokes! We could not have asked for a better experience!

The guy came out and didn’t do anything that was worth 77.07 for. We told him that everything worked until we change out the outside button control and he was wanting us to replace the whole unit. We only replaced it because the button was wore out.
We are sorry that you are displeased with our service today. Our technician inspected your door and operator in order to identify the condition and reliable operation of both. During that inspection he observed the age and condition of the operator which resulted in a recommendation to replace the operator. His inspection also revealed worn out rollers and damage to the torsion tube from previous repair work, indicating the operator has worked beyond its capacity for a while. Our repair recommendations are based on company best practices and in the best interest of our customers. Thank you.

Were informed today of a repair they recommended related to the install of our garage door that was done about 5 years ago. Precision has been out multiple times to service our garage door since the install and I had pointed out the item on a couple of occasions and was told it wasn’t a problem. Now it suddenly is to the tune of $600+. And I can promise nothing has changed related to said item in recent years. Either a case of very poor inspections in the past or a cash grab now. Either way we are done being long-time loyal customers of Precision and will be passing along our experience to our neighborhood Facebook page of 1,000 people.
