The spring broke on our garage door. Taylor was the technician who fixed it for us on a Saturday. He was knowledgeable, polite, explained his work, and was very focused on customer service. He replaced the parts and even fixed another issue with the door not opening high enough while he was there. So glad Precision and Taylor were there to help on a weekend. I have not used Precision prior to this but will use them from now on.

Precision doors were great technsion was on time very friendly and knew what had to be down very quickly. The door bound up coming down and bent the support bar replaced In a few minutes and was working great. Precision doors installed all three doors on my house. Great work ,good people.

Although the video on their website states that their technicians carry several different springs on their trucks, they do not carry ANY extension springs on them. I explained when I scheduled the appointment that I had a broken extension spring. Now I’ve wasted a day off from work and will have to re-schedule. They can’t come back the same day and fix it. No thanks!! I called a competitor of theirs and they will fix the problem for $170 instead of the $370 quoted by Precision.
