Kyle came out yesterday, replaced my springs and bearings, and lubricated my door. He was super polite, very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I was very happy with the service. I can't say for certain, but the prices seem a little high. It was $700 for my service call.

From the time that I called Precision Door Service and a ticket was made a service technician reached out to me and ask me the questions I had about the overhead door and what was going on with it, It was about 20 minutes from the time an appointment was given to me. Service technician name is Cal. he professional and courteous, The problem was solved and he did and overall inspection of the door while he was here and pointed out that the door was out of balance and explain what needed to be done to correct the issue. Had him to go ahead to correct the issue. Did explain what needed to be done. Overalled very pleased with the service given.

I called in on a Sunday afternoon and was told a would get a repair man between 8-10am. At 10:20am I called back to see where the repairman was and was told they did not have an appointment on your system. So, I was told the next one would be between 11-1pm. He showed up around 12:30pm. He was nice and did a good job.

My service technician (Sawyer) was very friendly and knowledgeable, pointed out issues and explained the causes, the corrective measures and the risks of not correcting the issues. He also provided some information about an entire door replacement, explaining the improvements, benefits and ballpark estimates, should I choose an entire replacement.
