I did a cold call and after I gave my information to Bella she told me that someone would be out within two hours. Within 15 minutes I had an appointment. Drew told me he was on his way. Not even an hour after my phone call Drew was in my garage explaining to me what my options were. Unfortunately, I’ll have to invest in a completely new door and parts system; and Drew gave me an estimate but understood that I needed to put off the complete overhaul for a week or so. There was no pressure, he took me at my word, and just gave me some safety measures. I appreciate the overall service that I received from beginning to end not to mention how quickly that service was provided to me

Pete did a fine job diagnosing our problem and determining the need to replace our garage door opener. He was very informative and helpful regarding operation of the door including programming remotes and setting up the smartphone app. He was also friendly and courteous.

Ethan the technician was professional and extremely courteous . The fact that he called first and showed up at 8:00AM on a Sunday morning after driving all the way down from Northern Arkansas was even more impressive. His explanations were thorough and comprehensive, with a friendly demeanor and disposition. Precision installed a new door a couple of years ago and put a sticker with phone number by my control on the wall. I was impressed and confident in their quality service and called Saturday for service. Monday, Ethan updated my motor (20 yrs old) with a new motor and controls and was super courteous. I will use them again and recommend Precision Door! Ethan needs a raise! He is a jewel!
