These guys were amazing. Called this morning & they were able to come out this afternoon. Ethan explained the problem with the faulty parts & how the spring actually broke. Showed me my options on replacement parts & got everything installed in a timely fashion ( door to door, 90 min). Would highly recommend this company for any garage door needs!

Our garage door wouldn’t go down . I called Precision and I had a serviceman here within 30 min. He knew what the problem was immediately and had the door fixed within an hour! Our service provider was knowledgeable and friendly!

Used other company before and was dissatisfied with their work. I found your company online and called and got a real person to talk to! They scheduled a time and Pete called me to let me know he was on the way. They got here, we discussed the problem and decided on a plan and they got to work! They kept me informed as the work progressed. The finished job is great! The garage door opens and closes quietly, I have remotes that work and I will be able to program my phone! We called three companies Monday morning. One company wanted us to make an appointment with a sales rep, who said he could meet with us the next day. Another company said they could have someone out the next afternoon. We called Precision Door Services at about 9:30, and they said they could have someone out between 10:00 and noon that day. Peter called at about 9:50 and said he would be there a little after 10:00 a.m., and he was there when he promised. We were very impressed with Peter's knowledge and skill. He completed the job in about an hour and a half. I can't give a 5 star rating because the price seemed a little high, slightly less than $1100.00. However, we are very pleased with the new garage door opener. It is much quieter tan out old garage door opener.

Garage door was completely out of commission and make a call the night prior to schedule an appointment. They came out the next day and got right to work and i had a working garage door within 2 hours. Drew was very professional and let me know exactly what i needed to replace and didn’t push anything extra or unnecessary. This was a very great experience overall.
