Ethan was very knowledgeable. He assessed the damage to our garage door system and gave me several options to choose from—the absolutely necessary repairs, the recommended repairs based on the age/wear of the parts with and without a new motor, and with and without a new door. I chose the recommended repairs with a new motor and am very satisfied so far. They sent repairman the same day I called, provided the estimates and options that day, and then made the repairs and installed new motor unit that day as well. I have used Precision in the past, and they still are professional, efficient, and great at what they do! Highly recommend!
