Our garage door was acting “funny”; turns out, we needed to replace the entire belt drive garage door controller, along with the rail, power button and remotes. I called for service this morning, and within 25 minutes, Tony, the technician, arrived to troubleshoot the problem. Turns out, my 20-year-old unit was shot. Precision Garage Door of Little Rock is amazing! They were recommended to me by a coworker a couple of years back when I started having issues with my garage door and I always kept their number in my back pocket in case I needed it, well today was that day. My garage cables became completely untangled and I was unable to move the door in any way. Tony came to the house early the next morning to the rescue. He was was kind, courteous, professional, quick, and most importantly he fixed our problem. We were already confident that Precision could fix the problem when a couple of years ago they came out to help us with a quick fix, but today Tony took our confidence in the company tona new level. He identified problems that we didn't even know about. Our spring needed tension, the chain was sagging, the garage door was not level. He fixed all of those things in less than an hour and some additional items like the rollers, and all while maintaining friendly conversation and even talking to my 2 year old who was very intrigued by the whole process. We will never use anyone else for our garage door needs so long as we are here.

Called for service today. Technician, Kyle was there in about 30 minutes. Replaced broken springs, worn bearings, and oiled the door and did safety check on the garage door. So now it runs smoothly and is extremely quiet again. He was fast, courteous, and showed me what needed to be done. Thanks so much for the great service.
