We were very pleased with the service man you sent to our home. He was very courteous and knowledgeable about the door and what needed to be done to repair it! His name is Kyle and is certainly an asset to your company!! He pointed out what needed to be done to repair the door and also pointed out some problems which could be dangerous. We were aware of the problems but decided to wait until after the first of the year to buy a new door. He explained the cost and the options available to us for payment. Thanks for the service you and Kyle gave to us!! We will talk to you after the first of the year!,

After hours call was answered very quickly by a "Live" person who promptly and courteously gathered my information and assured me that she would have a "knowledgeable and efficient technician" out to me next day at 2PM if not by Noon. Kyle didn't make it by Noon "OR" 2PM.....He was Here at 11AM!!! He gave me an appraisal of the problem, an estimate for the work to be done, and performed the work with knowledge and efficiency. Kyle truly is a Professional at his trade! "Garage Door Problem? . .Make the Right Decision!. . .Call Precision!!!"

Kyle was an incredibly helpful, and knowledgeable young man. He pointed out items in my garage that needed replacing, why they needed it, and ones that could wait a bit longer. Once he was done, the garage doors were quieter than they have ever been, even when the house was brand new. Will definitely call and request him when it’s time for repairs, or a rebuild.

I am delighted to recommend Precision Door Service of Little Rock, AR for a number of reasons: Last Sunday coming home from Church, my garage door opener wouldn't work. I had heard the name Precision so I called them. Thankfully, I could book an appointment online for my desired time for the very next day. Kyle was my technician and he did an excellent job..He was very friendly and knew exactly what needed to be done. He was very professional, and efficient. You won't be disappointed.

When my garage door failed in a Friday afternoon, I expected it to be the next week before repairs could be scheduled. I called Precision and to my surprise, a service technician could come out that afternoon. Collin Hess, arrived on time and assessed the damage, made his recommendations for repairs and gave me a firm price. Upon agreement, he went to work and completed the installation quickly and efficiently. He walked me through the operation of my updated system. I am well pleased with the whole transaction. J. Briar installed two controllers in my garage in just over three hours. He reviewed the product and all the features, quoted a price that was reasonable for what I wanted, installed both units, helped me set up my app for remote control, synced the two doors to both vehicles and all the remotes, and, answered all my questions. I was pleased with the price and exceptionally pleased with the service and the level of professionalism. He took all of my old equipment and cleaned up very nicely. I would recommend this dealer to anyone, particularly those who expect to receive the best.

Very pleased with this company from beginning to end. My phone call was answered promptly and they were able to send a technician the same day. Sawyer notified me of his arrival time and was prompt. He gave me options for replacing my 20 year old garage door opener and did a thorough inspection of the door. New opener and repairs were done very quickly. Sawyer was easy to work with and even helped to program the remotes, the car and install the app. Hightly recommend!
