We have had Precision Door Service since our house was build 19 years ago and have been very pleased. We had a new system placed in June 2014 and recently had a low voltage electrical problem after a storm. Service was provided within 4 hours. I have been impressed by the personnel initial intake and the technical skills and neatness of the work provided.. The LiftMaster system has been a great product.

My neighbor referred your company for an emergency repair on our garage door. The technician was there within the time frame he stated. We were relieved to have our door repaired at 6:00 on a Friday night...just 2 hours after we called. The technician was extremely nice and didn't seem to mind at all that he was called out at a moment's notice. I'm sorry I don't remember the technician's name (don't have my ticket with me) but this was on June 19th. Thanks for the great service! Will recommend to all my friends!

Ricky arrived between the times set for the service call and proceeded to try to get our garage door opener working. He did succeed in getting it to work but then it stopped again. He finally determined that our opener, which was an ancient Sears model, was worn out. He priced a new belt-driven Liftmaster, installed with two keypads (interior and exterior,), two remotes, backup battery, and warranties and we OK'd the deal. He installed the new opener and hauled off the old one. Ricky was very professional and very courteous. I am very satisfied with the technician and his advice, the product, and the installation. My only complaint is that I had to furnish the two (2) light bulbs for the unit, which Liftmaster should have furnished, considering the cost of the unit!

My garage door is great now!! I was so worried it would break and I would be trapped in my garage so I could not go any where. But the technician, I believe his name was Ricky, did a wonderful job. I recently tried to open my garage door and heard a crack. The door would not open. I called Precision Door and they sent a technician out the next morning. His name was Chris. He explained the problem to me, the repairs that were needed and what my options were. I felt no pressure to buy a new garage door, but after Chris explained to me that he could repair it so it would open, but with the crack in the door, it would need to be replaced eventually, I felt comfortable with my purchase. I appreciated his honesty and his service was excellent. The next day I had a beautiful new garage door and I am so happy and grateful to Chris because he made me feel like I could trust a repairman. That is a first for me. He was so kind and knowledgeable. In a world where you have so many options for products, service becomes the most important aspect of a company. Chris is an asset to Precision Door. He was the best. Thank you so much Chris and thank you Precision Door for providing such excellent service. 5 stars without a doubt. I rarely write reviews...and usually when I do it's not a good one. I'm happy to say this is the exception. I called with a broken spring at 11 and Ricky was here at 12:30. Diagnosed and fixed the problem in an hour and was off to help someone else. Exceptional service from the company, the price was fair and Ricky was a pro. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
