A very professional business. My technician not only on time, but he was actually a little early. i appreciated the email i received confirming my appointment as well as exactly who would be coming out. Then the technicin called to confirm he was on the way and that if it was OK he would be a little early. They went above and beyond to make sure the system worked properly and would continue to work properly. I WILL recommend them in the future.

He not only replaced the broken spring but upgraded the door, replacing worn parts and other requested part replacement. Can barely hear the door open or close, better now than when the door was new. We utilized Precision Door Services for new garage door opener/belt drive install as recommended b/c current opener malfunctioning. Our entire garage door opener system needed to be replaced. As a mom of a 2 week old new-born it was important to feel safe when returning home, esp. at night if my husband was not with us. I was very anxious to have he garage door repaired. Our service technician was very professional, friendly, and informative. He was willing to answer any of my questions( I had several) due to my husband not being available at time of repair. He was very confident and knowledgeable when answering my questions-he did not just give a direct answer, but instead offered explanations for me with his answers. 5 star service: prompt arrival, rapid assessment of problem, clear presentation of options available and prices, then timely installation. Technician was knowledgeable and polite, as was his co-worker. They gave clear and thorough instructions on how to operate new system and the team did a good job of cleaning up afterwards. Precision came the same day I called! The technician installed a new garage door opener, cable, rollers and chain. Almost everything except the door itself. I liked that he thought the springs were still in okay condition, so he did not install them new but told us what to expect when they would wear out. I liked that the company has pictures of the technicians on the website, and they told you in advance who would most likely be coming over. We got excellent training in using our new system and maintaining it properly.
