Our first call was to Overhead door because we had used them before. They couldn't do the repair until Friday so we kept calling. He did an excellent job, no complaints. we fixed much more than I had planned on but this was the door has been in use for over 40 years with only one spring replaced. I don't feel like we did any unnecessary repair. Take 5 stars from me.

The service that I received was excellent. He was very friendly and nice. He was quick with the job. The only thing was when I was sent a conformation email it didn't show his picture as one of the technician. I thought that I would be seeing one of the technician that was on the email I received. The young man (I believe his name was Kelvin) that serviced my garage door was knowledgeable, professional and polite. The repairs (new springs) fixed the problem. I was able to speak to a live person on a Sunday to schedule the repair for Monday and that was a plus.

My daughter had previously used your company when her garage door jumped the track on a Sunday morning. You sent repair technicians out to fix it within an hour. When my door did the same thing my daughter again called your company. An appointment was set for 1.5 hours from the time of the call. A rebuild kit was installed on the existing doors.
