Service Tech on time and found problem quickly. Repair made and then he serviced the unit and identified a couple of things to watch as the door is 10 years old and showing signs of use. I would recommend Precision as they have serviced my unit twice. The first time we from a power serge that took out the circuit board. This company is honest and treats customers very well.

Highly recommend! I had replaced rollers myself many times after they kept breaking, but then the door finally went off track and door was stuck closed. Called Precision at 8:30am and they were out and repaired by 12:30 the same day! The door has never run this smoothly and it is so much quieter. Same day service as promised. Technician knowledgeable and congenial. He not only performed the service, I appreciated information he gave me about garage doors. Also, he pointed out something that was getting worn and I realized it was the cause of some screeching noises. He explained that the rollers would eventually need replacement. There was no pressure to do it immediately. Here again he gave me information so I could make my own informed decision. I would highly recommend the company and the technician and his assistant.

Chris arrived punctually, as scheduled. He inspected all aspects of my garage door apparatus, showed me the results of his detailed analysys, and I responded with several "fix-it" request, i.e., replacement of springs, pulleys, chains, rollers, and the motor. All parts were on-hand aboard his truck. He immediately set about the complete overhaul of my garage door. He was polite, considerate, showed exceptional acumen, and completed a complex "total rebuild" within two hours. I was totally impressed and extremely satisfied with his professionalism and skill. Chris did a fantastic job repairing our garage door. He is very knowledgeable in what he does and explains what he is doing and why. His drive to do the best job possible is not always seen in other workers, but in him there is no doubt that he wants perfection in what he is doing.
