I've used them twice at my old home and now my new home and received excellent service both times. Don't know if it was my luck day or what but the last tech (Alex) showed up the same day to fix a minor repair/adjustment. Very knowledgeable. And was gone before my wife got home. She thinks i fixed it. I will tell her soon....one day. I definitely recommend Precision. I should have called sooner!

He did not try to force me to make a choice. His recommendation however, supported my thought, installing a new garage door. I am looking forward to an excellent job being done on the installation.

I was not sure who to call when I needed my door worked on. Google search found you guys and I saw your business hours for Saturday fit my needs. Service was prompt and Alex was very personable. A new garage door wasn't on my list of things to purchase right now, but buying a new one was affordable and repairing and 20+ year old door just didn't seem like a long term solution. Looking forward to having my new door installed.
