I would give a four star rating. The service tech called first, was prompt and courteous, did a thorough check and explained my options and the price. The work was completed in a timely manner and the cleanup job was thorough. My initial email to request service never resulted in a call so I had to schedule by calling the emergency number. When printing my receipt after the job was done, I saw on the website that both senior citizen and military discounts are available. I am obviously a senior and we had obvious military plates on our vehicle yet the discounts was never mentioned nor was it reflected in the invoice. I am disappointed with this but otherwise the work was excellent.

I was so pleased with Precision Door Services. I called on a Sunday and they scheduled a technician for first thing the next morning and sent an email with information about the technician who would be coming. Chris was great! Very professional and nice. He repaired my door in about 20 minutes and tested and inspected the door multiple times to ensure that it was working properly. It is so nice to have service performed by someone who cares and is not out to oversell products and services that are not needed! Thank You!

It was the day after Christmas that we heard that awful noise that can mean only one thing....garage door spring!!! Our regular overhead door business was not open. I googled other options in the Little Rock area and found Precision Door Service to be available after the first two options were not open. The answering services was most helpful and Chris arrived as promised...even a bit early. He was courteous and professional and repaired and services our garage door. We will definitely use Precision again!

After repeated efforts it was necessary to replace to replace the 16-year-old opener with a new unit that was installed in a timely fashion and very professional manner.

I called for a service appointment at about 10 AM hoping someone could come in a few days to repair a problem with the sensors. By noon that day my door was fixed. It doesn't get any better than that.
