I chose Precision for my garage door needs not only because of the convincing advertisement in yellow pages but because I have used their services in the past. I am well pleased with services rendered by my assigned technician, Stacy. He was very timely and very clearly explained to me his observations, repairs, recommendations and options. He did not try to force me to make a choice. His recommendation however, supported my thought, installing a new garage door. I am looking forward to an excellent job being done on the installation.

I was not sure who to call when I needed my door worked on. Google search found you guys and I saw your business hours for Saturday fit my needs. Service was prompt and Alex was very personable. A new garage door wasn't on my list of things to purchase right now, but buying a new one was affordable and repairing and 20+ year old door just didn't seem like a long term solution. Looking forward to having my new door installed.

So very pleased with all aspects of the work done for us yesterday. Repair was scheduled the same day we called (that's unheard of)! James arrived exactly when he said he would. He was very professional and obviously had the knowledge required to complete the job (and it was done FAST). Stacy and Alex arrived on time, however the CSR I scheduled with had my service order screwed up, and they came prepared to install three new motors. I also had to give her my physical address just before she hung up, as she never asked me for it. And she had my email address wrong on my order. It was apparent she was in a hurry, and PLEASE STOP telling me with every response that it's "beautiful", "amazing", or "perfect". Use a professional dialogue or go automated. Now, Alex and Stacy were VERY professional, personable, and informative. They corrected some minor issues, explained their recommendations, and left me with a sense of confidence in their work and expertise. For two younger service technicians, they did impress me, and that is rare. Thank you for the quick response and friendly service. I appreciate you!

I called in to inquire about its services and was pleasantly surprise by the level of customer service and courtesy. The technician (Adam) came in one Monday evening, explained all the process, and why I have had the issues. He recommended me the best solution and I went for it. He came on Saturday morning, fixed the garage door and voila! I am very pleased about the professionalism, the courtesy, and the level of service.
