Adam was my technician. My wife said the door was broken at 7:00am. I made a call to Precision at 8:05. Adam was there at my scheduled appointment time. He assessed the problem, fixed it and I was back to work before my lunch was over on the same day. It was a great experience.

I had both existing garage openers replaced with Liftmaster units with backup battery function. Installation went timely and satisfactorily. However, final cleanup left small pieces of trash and when I asked the installer if he would reprogram the cars for the new openers, his response was disappointing - "I would gladly do it but I am running short on time. But it is easy to do" I reprogrammed one car but the Toyota isn't accepting the new units. Disappointed in that but overall happy with the new equipment. Yes, I would recommend them in the future to family and friends!

Adam arrived on time, was knowledgeable and did an excellent job in repairing the garage door opener. He took extra time to secure, adjust and lubricate parts that needed maintenance on the frame and door even though he was just called out to repair the motor. I wish all service companies were this professional.

Service Tech on time and found problem quickly. Repair made and then he serviced the unit and identified a couple of things to watch as the door is 10 years old and showing signs of use. I would recommend Precision as they have serviced my unit twice. The first time we from a power serge that took out the circuit board. This company is honest and treats customers very well.

Highly recommend! I had replaced rollers myself many times after they kept breaking, but then the door finally went off track and door was stuck closed. Called Precision at 8:30am and they were out and repaired by 12:30 the same day! The door has never run this smoothly and it is so much quieter. Same day service as promised. Technician knowledgeable and congenial. He not only performed the service, I appreciated information he gave me about garage doors. Also, he pointed out something that was getting worn and I realized it was the cause of some screeching noises. He explained that the rollers would eventually need replacement. There was no pressure to do it immediately. Here again he gave me information so I could make my own informed decision. I would highly recommend the company and the technician and his assistant.
