WmWhen Taylor came to my house I was further hugely impressed by his calm n confident manner n quick assessment skills n THEN his efficiency in handling the prob!! Lastly I appreciated the discount on the service charge which I’d found on line n which he cheerfully applied. The door is fixed after waiting to fix it for weeks n weeks n worrying about the wait n cost. Totally impressed n grateful n will recommend your company to any n all. BTW: Taylor needs to be your “ poster child” for pleasant n professional manner in which the job will be done.

I called Precision at 9:00am due to a continuing electrical issue with my old opener. The technician was there by 10:45am and installed a new system and was out the door by 12:00. “Pete” was fast, efficient and courteous. In this day of poor service they went above and beyond. Precision came highly recommended by HomeAdvisor and they contacted me almost immediately to see if they could provide the service I needed. The representative was very cordial and professional. We agree on a date and time (next day service) and the technician was responsive to this and called before he arrived. He initially completed a safety and maintenance system check of the entire garage door system. He then discussed his findings with me in an understandable manner pointing out the repairs needed. He then gave me three options on its repair as good, better, and best systems to fit our needs, warranties, and price points. We selected an option and the technician immediately unloaded tools and repair parts he had stocked on his vehicle. In a couple of hours, he had completed the repairs to include new rollers, struts, updated wall panel with temperature and time, wiring, remotes, keypad, and a new 3/4hp opener. Basically, most everything was installed new except the actual door itself. He greased all the parts and tried them out several times as did I. He walked me through each repair part and what it did and covered the great warranties with me. Outstanding personable technician with a great knowledge exceeding my expectations. He ensured I was completely satisfied and then cleaned up all tools, old parts, and boxes/plastic. Left me with a positive experience. Well done Precision!!! You are at the top of my list on new garage doors in the near future P.S. Wife is extremely happy! Happy wife Happy life!

Garage door springs had broken on a Friday evening I called 3 times Fri, Sat and Monday and I could not get the original installer onsite for 2 more days to repair my 5 yr old garage door they installed. A Royal pain! I called Precision on Monday morning and they had someone onsite within an hour! Alex the service tech was great! Courteous and Professional! He quickly diagnosed the issue and provided an accurate quote to fix my door. He had it all fixed and working great in just a little bit. Outstanding service! Garage door springs should easily last 7-15 years if installed correctly! I will use Precision going forward for any of my Garage Door needs!
