Our original garage repair place has permanent closed. Saw this commercial on tv. Wow you guys are AWESOME. One phone call and within 1 hour the tech was here to do the work. Drew was our tech and I have already fell in love with. He explained everything to us about the new opener and when I understood what he was saying I was already sold. At 0600 this morning I pushed the button to open my garage door and it didn’t open, so now my truck is trapped in my garage and the door will not open due to a broken spring, searched for a Garage door company and saw that Precision Garage Door offered a same day repair service so I called at 0800 and they took my info and told me someone will be at yout house between now and 1200 …… The service technician showed up at 1045 and I had my main door repaired and completely rebuilt and also had my 2nd door overhauled and serviced, the Service Tech was extremely knowledgeable in Garage Door service and repairs

I did a cold call and after I gave my information to Bella she told me that someone would be out within two hours. Within 15 minutes I had an appointment. Drew told me he was on his way. Not even an hour after my phone call Drew was in my garage explaining to me what my options were. Unfortunately, I’ll have to invest in a completely new door and parts system; and Drew gave me an estimate but understood that I needed to put off the complete overhaul for a week or so. There was no pressure, he took me at my word, and just gave me some safety measures. I appreciate the overall service that I received from beginning to end not to mention how quickly that service was provided to me
