These guys were amazing. Called this morning & they were able to come out this afternoon. Ethan explained the problem with the faulty parts & how the spring actually broke. We called three companies Monday morning. One company wanted us to make an appointment with a sales rep, who said he could meet with us the next day. Another company said they could have someone out the next afternoon. We called Precision Door Services at about 9:30, and they said they could have someone out between 10:00 and noon that day. Peter called at about 9:50 and said he would be there a little after 10:00 a.m., and he was there when he promised. We were very impressed with Peter's knowledge and skill. He completed the job in about an hour and a half. I can't give a 5 star rating because the price seemed a little high, slightly less than $1100.00. However, we are very pleased with the new garage door opener. It is much quieter tan out old garage door opener.

Garage door was completely out of commission and make a call the night prior to schedule an appointment. They came out the next day and got right to work and i had a working garage door within 2 hours. Drew was very professional and let me know exactly what i needed to replace and didn’t push anything extra or unnecessary. This was a very great experience overall.
