I had great service all around from Precision Door. I called around 6:45am when our door wouldn’t open. Alex, the technician, called me around 8 and was on his way. Diagnosed the issue quickly and gave me all options on repairing the door, and finished the work in less than an hour. Thank you!

The tech came the next day. He was on time and nice. I told him the problem and he said "worst case will be a new motor". I thought - I have to buy a new motor. However, it turned out that the motor just needed some calibration. No new motor needed! Thank you for being honest.

Called late one evening when our garage door quit working and was surprised someone answered and set an appointment up asap. The day of the appt, I was given a heads up that they were running behind schedule and a ETA when they would be there. The technician, Alex, was informative and professional. He worked quickly and was finished within an hour. I thought their pricing was reasonable. Highly recommend using Precision.

Precision is a wonderful company. The technician, Alex, was great. He arrived early, he took time to explain the problem, what to look for so we could deal with a problem before it got too far, and made the repairs in a very timely manner. In short, he was efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. I would recommend Precision without reservation. Also, the cost was very reasonable.
