Garage door springs had broken on a Friday evening I called 3 times Fri, Sat and Monday and I could not get the original installer onsite for 2 more days to repair my 5 yr old garage door they installed. A Royal pain! I called Precision on Monday morning and they had someone onsite within an hour! Alex the service tech was great! Courteous and Professional! He quickly diagnosed the issue and provided an accurate quote to fix my door. He had it all fixed and working great in just a little bit. Outstanding service! Garage door springs should easily last 7-15 years if installed correctly! I will use Precision going forward for any of my Garage Door needs!

I appreciated the Saturday hours and the advance email with photos so I would not be opening the door to an unknown person. Alex, the technician, didn’t even laugh at me when it was an easy fix, and did the full inspection of both doors so that I would feel better about the call :)

Alex was very knowledgeable and courteous.. He worked really hard trying to get the job done. Since the doors are so old, he did suggest that we replace them so we are. Thanks Alex

I called late in the day, so they came out the next morning. I was given an hour window and they were here exactly on time! Very easy to talk to, very knowledgeable, no pressure, quoted on site two ways, giving me options. Thank you Alex for your professionalism yet warm and friendly nature!

Alex was prompt, courteous, and very helpful in fixing my garage door issue. Same day service- reasonable price, can’t ask for anything more. Finally fixed the problem instead of the bandaids I’ve been trying the last couple of years. Should have called sooner is my only regret.

Our door was so noisy we thought it was falling apart. Our technician (Alex) was very knowledgeable about what our door needed. Our door is as quiet as it was when brand new. Great service!

Quick and painless. Professional and explained things well. Would have given 6 stars if I would have gotten the free service of the day prize... but apparently that’s only a thing in my own mind.
