We were so impressed by Ethan, our service technician. He was courteous, knowledgeable friendly and polite. My husband also commented that he can’t imagine the experience being any better. It was also really easy to book an appointment online which was very convenient . Everything is working correctly now, no problems at all. Ethan also called us before he came and he actually arrived a little bit early, which was perfect! While he was here, He took the time to educate us on some things we didn’t know about our garage door, how it was working and how to maintain it. We enjoyed meeting him and will use your company again guaranteed! I’ll make sure I refer your company if anyone ever needs a garage door repair or replacement. Thank you!

Ethan was timely, friendly and very professional! He quickly after looking at our issue, gave us options and pricing. After deciding on the option that was best for us, he promptly got everything he needed from his truck, completed the fix , went over everything he did, asked if we had any questions. He packed everything up and left everything as he found it. The garage door is fixed and is setup to last a lot longer than if we hadn’t done what he suggested by giving us the options he did. I feel very good about our selection of this company and after having Ethan as our technician I would certainly use them again as well as recommend Ethan and this company !

Thomas did a great job and was very helpful answering all of my questions. I was hopeful this would be a simple repair, but it ended up needing to be a whole replacement, which of course is more of an investment. He allowed me the time and answered questions to allow me to be confident about my choice. He did not try to "oversell", which for me, is very important for a positive experience. I also appreciated that Precision could get my problem taken care of in a timely manner.

Super unhappy with my experience. I had a broken spring that needed replaced. The person that responded to the call only tried to sell me a whole new garage door for the cost of over $3,000. I kept asking if I could just get the spring replaced in the meantime so I could use the door and he kept pushing the whole replacement telling me that one spring would cost $600. I paid the service call and sent him on his way. I was able to call another company that came out within the hour and placed both springs and both cables that were slightly frayed for $300. I didn’t like the pushy sales tactic at all.

All who discussed garage doors with me were very helpful and Dave was the one that installed it for me. Dave did a super job on my door. He took plenty of time to explain everything. Even made the old remote control in my car work!! He went above and beyond in his work. And he made sure I understood everything before he left. He was so kind and understanding of my situation. Thanks to your whole team. And my new garage door is SO quiet. Also very pretty!! Margaret Dawson
