Our 2 yr old garage door was having issues. A service Rep, Collin, was out within an hour. He quickly checked it out, made adjustments and we were back to working. Collin was very personable, professional and efficient. He sold us a can of garage hinge lube specific to the door and showed us where to use and how often.

We were so impressed by Ethan, our service technician. He was courteous, knowledgeable friendly and polite. My husband also commented that he can’t imagine the experience being any better. Ethan was timely, friendly and very professional! He quickly after looking at our issue, gave us options and pricing. After deciding on the option that was best for us, he promptly got everything he needed from his truck, completed the fix , went over everything he did, asked if we had any questions. He packed everything up and left everything as he found it. The garage door is fixed and is setup to last a lot longer than if we hadn’t done what he suggested by giving us the options he did. Thomas did a great job and was very helpful answering all of my questions. I was hopeful this would be a simple repair, but it ended up needing to be a whole replacement, which of course is more of an investment. He allowed me the time and answered questions to allow me to be confident about my choice. He did not try to "oversell", which for me, is very important for a positive experience.
