Briar called and was here on time. He checked door out and explained what was needed to repair door and had parts on his truck . He was very knowledged and did repair’s quickly, cleaned up and lubed hinders and check out operation . All working great!!I would call again if we have any other problems.

Every single time they come to my house, they try to sell me a new motor. They tried again last Friday. I've bought 2 in the last 2 years. I had to have my husband handle it. That is irritating to me. The wrong 'motherboard" was ordered. That won't be in for another 3 days. So, I get to get on a ladder to open and close my large garage door. Not fun. :(

To be honest, the initial reason we selected Precision to call was because you were open on the weekends, and we hoped not to have to wait until Monday. Additionally, "woman owned" caught my eye. He let me know that he had to order a new keypad for the outside for the garage. he told me it should be here by Wednesday' around the 12th. I will call him when it comes in and he will come back and install it and connect it with the car openers.

Our 2 yr old garage door was having issues. A service Rep, Collin, was out within an hour. He quickly checked it out, made adjustments and we were back to working. Collin was very personable, professional and efficient. He sold us a can of garage hinge lube specific to the door and showed us where to use and how often.

We were so impressed by Ethan, our service technician. He was courteous, knowledgeable friendly and polite. My husband also commented that he can’t imagine the experience being any better. Ethan was timely, friendly and very professional! He quickly after looking at our issue, gave us options and pricing. After deciding on the option that was best for us, he promptly got everything he needed from his truck, completed the fix , went over everything he did, asked if we had any questions. He packed everything up and left everything as he found it. The garage door is fixed and is setup to last a lot longer than if we hadn’t done what he suggested by giving us the options he did.
