Called for service today. Technician, Kyle was there in about 30 minutes. Replaced broken springs, worn bearings, and oiled the door and did safety check on the garage door. So now it runs smoothly and is extremely quiet again. He was fast, courteous, and showed me what needed to be done. Thanks so much for the great service.

This was such an amazing experience from start to finish. I was referred by my brother and his wife, who had garage doors installed a few years ago and the process was very smooth! I missed the initial consult, truth be told and a family member initiated everything on my behalf, but between confirmation calls from Debbie about my order status, delivery date scheduling, and inspection of framework, I knew what was happening at all times. And Thomas - my installer - was a pleasant machine. He worked non stop for nine hours on a day with over 100 degrees on the heat index installing two doors (partially custom because of weird dimensions) and was kind, humorous, and knowledgeable the entire time. He was joined by Sawyer (I think?) who cracked some great jokes and helped finish the install. Thomas wrapped the experience by walking through warranty, need to knows, and even helped secure additional goods and services that I didn't know about beforehand. Would recommend this company and team hands down, over and over.

Sawyer and Keith came out quickly and did a complete inspection of the door and not just the obvious problem. We discussed all issues he recommended and what it would take to repair. I decided what I wanted done and there was no pressure to do more than I wanted done. The technicians were very courteous and got the job done timely but not hurriedly. I use them again when needed.

Main spring broke last night after hours. I called Precision and the phone was immediately answered by a very nice lady. She listened to my story and booked an appointment for me this morning. The technician was actually early, called to make sure it was OK to come. He got right to work. He seemed to be very nice, extremely knowledgeable and very competent. He fixed the problem quickly and even spotted a few other problems that needed attention. I have used this company before and this experience was very consistent with my previous opinion. I will always use them for any garage door work in the future. They do great work!

Precision sales and installation was professional quality and quick. I made a decision on the door upgrade and it was installed in the morning of the following day. The installers even indicated that a particular piece of the installtion was not going to be necessary and arranged to have another $150.00 deducted from the bill - even better. Precision has serviced and installed doors in my neighborhood over the years, further proof of their skill and reliability. I am very pleased with my new garage door and controller upgrade.

Every single time they come to my house, they try to sell me a new motor. They tried again last Friday. I've bought 2 in the last 2 years. I had to have my husband handle it. That is irritating to me. The wrong 'motherboard" was ordered. That won't be in for another 3 days. So, I get to get on a ladder to open and close my large garage door. Not fun. :(

To be honest, the initial reason we selected Precision to call was because you were open on the weekends, and we hoped not to have to wait until Monday. Additionally, "woman owned" caught my eye.
