Same day service as promised. Technician knowledgeable and congenial. He not only performed the service, I appreciated information he gave me about garage doors. Also, he pointed out something that was getting worn and I realized it was the cause of some screeching noises. He explained that the rollers would eventually need replacement. There was no pressure to do it immediately. Here again he gave me information so I could make my own informed decision. I would highly recommend the company and the technician and his assistant.

James was very thorough in his inspection. He did several trials on the battery to ensure that it was indeed bad. After putting in a new battery, he also checked the whole system to see if there were any other problems. He was courteous and informative about the system.

My garage door sounded bad so I called Precision. When They were here a few years ago, they gave me their name and number which I pasted by my garage door opener so I could find you again. I needed both doors fixed. Scott Robertson did a very good job.

Scott did a wonderful job for me. He was a good salesman, offering me all the services available for my problem. When I explained that I was not financially able to this time to get a new door or to redo the old one, he did not pull away from me but instead looked for a way to make my door serviceable for a while.....which he managed to do. I appreciate his good service and his professionalism and his kindness. You are lucky to have him as your employee.

I would give a four star rating. The service tech called first, was prompt and courteous, did a thorough check and explained my options and the price. The work was completed in a timely manner and the cleanup job was thorough. My initial email to request service never resulted in a call so I had to schedule by calling the emergency number. When printing my receipt after the job was done, I saw on the website that both senior citizen and military discounts are available. I am obviously a senior and we had obvious military plates on our vehicle yet the discounts was never mentioned nor was it reflected in the invoice. I am disappointed with this but otherwise the work was excellent.

It was the day after Christmas that we heard that awful noise that can mean only one thing....garage door spring!!! Our regular overhead door business was not open. I googled other options in the Little Rock area and found Precision Door Service to be available after the first two options were not open. The answering services was most helpful and Chris arrived as promised...even a bit early. He was courteous and professional and repaired and services our garage door. We will definitely use Precision again!

I called for a service appointment at about 10 AM hoping someone could come in a few days to repair a problem with the sensors. By noon that day my door was fixed. It doesn't get any better than that.
