Two neighbors suggested I contact Precision when I asked my neighborhood Facebook group who they had used. It made a difference that service could be scheduled around work hours and that a senior discount was available. I knew a spring had broken and would need replacing but the unit was as least 25 years old so I was considering upgrading anyway. When I made the appointment with Precision, I requested information be brought to me about new openers but the technician did not get this information. He only brought a book that I could read while he was there but no copies for me to keep and make a little more informed decision. After his inspection of the old unit, the costs to repair was about half of getting a new unit with much improved technology. Fortunately, I could make a decision on the spot and chose to have a new garage door opener installed. He had all the equipment with him and was able to complete the new installation in one evening, a big plus! He also had the two types of remote controls that I chose. The technician was prepared, answered all my many questions, and programmed my car opener, and both remote controls before he left. He explained how the system worked and made sure I could operate it before he left. He also cleaned the work area up thoroughly before leaving. Other than not bringing the materials I requested, the service was a 5!

Precision Door arrived to repair my garage door within 1 hour of my request. New sensors were required and a check of the bearing and chain were performed. The door is now working well. They were fast and efficient.

I contacted 2 other garage service centers and one was not available until Friday and the other I had to leave a message. When I contacted Precision they immediately stated someone will be out today (yeah!!!) and if they can come before the scheduled time he would contact me. When he arrived he reviewed the issue to repair my garage door opener and gave me a price. Once he completed the repair he asked if I had any questions before leaving. I really appreciate his customer service and definitely the repair to my garage door opener. Thank you Precision

We have had Precision Door Service since our house was build 19 years ago and have been very pleased. We had a new system placed in June 2014 and recently had a low voltage electrical problem after a storm. Service was provided within 4 hours. I have been impressed by the personnel initial intake and the technical skills and neatness of the work provided.. The LiftMaster system has been a great product.

My neighbor referred your company for an emergency repair on our garage door. The technician was there within the time frame he stated. We were relieved to have our door repaired at 6:00 on a Friday night...just 2 hours after we called. The technician was extremely nice and didn't seem to mind at all that he was called out at a moment's notice. I'm sorry I don't remember the technician's name (don't have my ticket with me) but this was on June 19th. Thanks for the great service! Will recommend to all my friends!

Ricky did a great job of trying to figure out why the opener wasn't working. He discovered the cause and adjusted the springs due to the door being painted. He was very cordial.

5 stars without a doubt. I rarely write reviews...and usually when I do it's not a good one. I'm happy to say this is the exception. I called with a broken spring at 11 and Ricky was here at 12:30. Diagnosed and fixed the problem in an hour and was off to help someone else. Exceptional service from the company, the price was fair and Ricky was a pro. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Our first call was to Overhead door because we had used them before. They couldn't do the repair until Friday so we kept calling. He did an excellent job, no complaints. we fixed much more than I had planned on but this was the door has been in use for over 40 years with only one spring replaced. I don't feel like we did any unnecessary repair. Take 5 stars from me.
