5 stars. Quick response, called at 9:00 AM on Friday, tech came at 10:15 and 1.5 hrs later left. The technician was Very professional, replaced springs and rollers and inspected all parts. Nice young man who is also in the National Guard! Got a veterans discount as well. I recommend!

They came exactly when they said they would (on a Sat. afternoon) and repaired our garage door. I was in a panic because my husband was not here and the rollers came out of the track and the door wouldn't go down. It was fixed in no time at all. I was a happy customer!!

Precision came the same day I called! The technician installed a new garage door opener, cable, rollers and chain. Almost everything except the door itself. I liked that he thought the springs were still in okay condition, so he did not install them new but told us what to expect when they would wear out. I liked that the company has pictures of the technicians on the website, and they told you in advance who would most likely be coming over. We got excellent training in using our new system and maintaining it properly.

My technician was very courteous, professional and an apparent excellent technician, replacing a 16 year old LiftMaster chain garage door motor with a new belt driven motor and new electronics - all in less than 1 1/2 hours. First, I was impressed with the young lady I made the appt with. She was super nice and very professional. Even set me up with appt in one day. Also, my appt was between 4-6pm. The gentleman called me at exactly @3:58 to let me know he was on his way. He also impressed me because he was so young and knowledgeable. Anybody who shakes my hand (like they use to back in the day) is a keeper. Believe me, it's very hard to find quality people that KNOW how to deal with the public. Those two are very much appreciated. Sorry I can't remember their names.
