Chris was very polite, courteous and concerned with our problem. He and his workmanship were very professional. I called at 9 a.m. and was told someone would come between noon and 2 p.m. The repairman came at noon and by 1:30 I had a functioning garage door. He explained the various problems with my garage door very clearly and I believe I got exactly what I needed. Five stars for sure.

My door works likes its brand new. However, I never got a receipt. How do I get my receipt? I'm suppose to have a ten year warenty but I have no receipt or proof. 5 stars for the work & my door does work like new, but I'm giving 3 stars because I never got a receipt.

The technician called early to let me know that he was running late and gave me a realistic time as to when he believed he would be finished (which he was right on the money!). He came out and was extremely pleasant and explained all of the options (no pressure) and finished the job to my satisfaction! The level of service by Precision is second to none!

First, I was impressed with the young lady I made the appt with. She was super nice and very professional. Even set me up with appt in one day. Also, my appt was between 4-6pm. The gentleman called me at exactly @3:58 to let me know he was on his way. He also impressed me because he was so young and knowledgeable. Anybody who shakes my hand (like they use to back in the day) is a keeper. Believe me, it's very hard to find quality people that KNOW how to deal with the public. Those two are very much appreciated. Sorry I can't remember their names.

The service that I received was excellent. He was very friendly and nice. He was quick with the job. The only thing was when I was sent a conformation email it didn't show his picture as one of the technician. I thought that I would be seeing one of the technician that was on the email I received. He is REALLY A GREAT TECHNICIAN! You should really add his profile to your email. Thanks Angela
