Same day service was great. I called and within an hour the repair man was here. The serviceman was very knowledgeable. The overall cost was a little high but it would have taken me much longer so I was glad to pay the amount.

Service Tech on time and found problem quickly. Repair made and then he serviced the unit and identified a couple of things to watch as the door is 10 years old and showing signs of use. I would recommend Precision as they have serviced my unit twice. The first time we from a power serge that took out the circuit board. This company is honest and treats customers very well.

I was so pleased with Precision Door Services. I called on a Sunday and they scheduled a technician for first thing the next morning and sent an email with information about the technician who would be coming. Chris was great! Very professional and nice. He repaired my door in about 20 minutes and tested and inspected the door multiple times to ensure that it was working properly. It is so nice to have service performed by someone who cares and is not out to oversell products and services that are not needed! Thank You!
