Had a mishap with our garage door the night before we were to leave for vacation. Called and left a message that night. They called 1st thing the next morning and were on their way. Very efficient and had the door fixed quickly. Service technician was very nice. Overall good experience!

Terrible customer service. Five times I called about my garage door being improperly installed. Five times I, or my dad, was told a manager would call us back. Five times I was ignored and received no phone call. My dad set up an appointment between 4-6 yesterday to meet with someone to discuss how the door was incorrectly installed. NO ONE showed up for the appointment. I talked to Brooke ~5:45 and left a message for the owners. I got no call back. So, if you want to know what my next step is, please talk to Brooke. If I do not have the money back into my account by Friday, she has the list of what's going to happen next.

I was not sure who to call when I needed my door worked on. Google search found you guys and I saw your business hours for Saturday fit my needs. Service was prompt and Alex was very personable. A new garage door wasn't on my list of things to purchase right now, but buying a new one was affordable and repairing and 20+ year old door just didn't seem like a long term solution. Janes was so kind and patient with me. When he realized the ordered part would not work, he had the correct equipment to install on site so that I would have a properly working garage door. I love how after I had paid for the part they used that amount to go towards the new garage motor that I ended up having to buy. It made me feel good because they were honest and not trying to get over on me as a customer.
