A mistake was made in the installation of new springs on my garage door. The result was a different problem occurring. Alex was my technician today. He installed new springs and new cables on my garage door at no additional cost to me. I really appreciated his honesty and efficiency and will recommend and continue to use this company. Janes was so kind and patient with me. When he realized the ordered part would not work, he had the correct equipment to install on site so that I would have a properly working garage door. I love how after I had paid for the part they used that amount to go towards the new garage motor that I ended up having to buy. It made me feel good because they were honest and not trying to get over on me as a customer.

Terrible customer service. Five times I called about my garage door being improperly installed. Five times I, or my dad, was told a manager would call us back. Five times I was ignored and received no phone call. My dad set up an appointment between 4-6 yesterday to meet with someone to discuss how the door was incorrectly installed. NO ONE showed up for the appointment. I talked to Brooke ~5:45 and left a message for the owners. I got no call back. So, if you want to know what my next step is, please talk to Brooke. If I do not have the money back into my account by Friday, she has the list of what's going to happen next.
