Although the video on their website states that their technicians carry several different springs on their trucks, they do not carry ANY extension springs on them. I explained when I scheduled the appointment that I had a broken extension spring. Now I’ve wasted a day off from work and will have to re-schedule. They can’t come back the same day and fix it. No thanks!! I called a competitor of theirs and they will fix the problem for $170 instead of the $370 quoted by Precision.

We actually called another company and waited 5 days for them to give us a call back to schedule a repair time, so we have waited 5 days without a working garage door. Very professional and gave me three options for the repair. I asked him about the seal on the bottom of the door that needed to be replaced. He said it would not be good to replace it because there was other things would need to be done to the door for it to work.
