Excellent service from a great Precision tech named Drew. He was very thorough checking out the garage door problem and then explaining how it could be repaired. Drew is the kind of tech a company is proud to have representing them. He was very respectful and patient with the customers questions. Precision is the only company we will call for our garage door needs. A Precision tech will respond on the same day you call them. Great service!

I had experience with my son using precision. He always said they did a good job for him. I liked the coupons offered on the web site. I got a new door opener and the installers were very knowledgeable about helping me get the best for me. They answered all my questions and the service I received was outstanding. I’m really happy with my purchase, I would certainly call them again if needed. Thanks

Alex was prompt, courteous, and very helpful in fixing my garage door issue. Same day service- reasonable price, can’t ask for anything more. Finally fixed the problem instead of the bandaids I’ve been trying the last couple of years. Should have called sooner is my only regret.

Although the video on their website states that their technicians carry several different springs on their trucks, they do not carry ANY extension springs on them. I explained when I scheduled the appointment that I had a broken extension spring. Now I’ve wasted a day off from work and will have to re-schedule. They can’t come back the same day and fix it. No thanks!! I called a competitor of theirs and they will fix the problem for $170 instead of the $370 quoted by Precision.
