Precision replaced my garage door about a year ago. The opener had a bad capacitor and I decided to get a new opener since mine was about 15 years old. The installer was James and he did an excellent Job. He answered all my questions and concerns.

Shelton did a great job. Came on time and installed new springs. While testing the springs the opener motor started smoking, installed a new opener. Glad he had everything on the truck he needed.

I still think the service tech could have replaced just one spring. He insisted I replace both springs, bushings & bearings. The way it was all figured up I knew it was going to be expensive! I asked the tech if Precision was a part of Service Masters Inc. You have to sing all paperwork before he began?

I have to say so far, I have been very impressed with the service I received. James was professional and quick. The price was reasonable to fix two springs, and he also apparently put in new rollers and fixed the metal trim for no extra charge. I had been worried, but my mind was put at ease. He was a God-send! 5 stars!

The day of the appt, I was given a heads up that they were running behind schedule and a ETA when they would be there. The technician, Alex, was informative and professional. Janes was so kind and patient with me. When he realized the ordered part would not work, he had the correct equipment to install on site so that I would have a properly working garage door. I love how after I had paid for the part they used that amount to go towards the new garage motor that I ended up having to buy. Terrible customer service. Five times I called about my garage door being improperly installed. Five times I, or my dad, was told a manager would call us back. Five times I was ignored and received no phone call. My dad set up an appointment between 4-6 yesterday to meet with someone to discuss how the door was incorrectly installed. NO ONE showed up for the appointment. I talked to Brooke ~5:45 and left a message for the owners. I got no call back. So, if you want to know what my next step is, please talk to Brooke. If I do not have the money back into my account by Friday, she has the list of what's going to happen next.
