My garage doors are almost thirty years old, and when I lost service today, the technician had to make two separate trips. I had a new garage door opener, springs, rollers, etc installed in January. Have been having intermittent problems with the door not opening. I have been somewhat frustrated but on a positive note. The two service persons did a great job putting in the new door. The garage was not level but that didn't stop them from figuring out the best way to compensate for the problem. When the motor began acting strange Chris came and quickly replaced it and the rail with something my old device never had - a noiseless and smart motor and rail. Didn't expect to spend quite as much but am glad I did. Your guys were great and equipment the best.
