I scheduled an appointment on line for 12-2, the technician calls at 10:22 am and says he will will be there in 10 minutes. I scheduled from 12-2 for a reason, so I had to drop what I was doing and rush home to meet him, which I didn't appreciate, that was my reason for scheduling from 12-2, after arriving and speaking to the tech, he stated he couldn't repair the broken spring due my doors were installed incorrectly, which have been working fine for the 15 years we have lived here, he stated that new doors would work so much better, we have had no issue we these doors until the spring broke. As a service tech myself, when I stared asking questions about the repairs, he was trying to give me some indirect answers, he also told me to change the broken spring, he would have disassemble the other door, when I ask why, he told me if he just removed the bar and pulleys it would put to much pressure on the track, which would have no more pressure on it after removal than it does before the removal. He thought by pricing the repair high enough that I would agree to the replacement. If I was not mechanical and a technician I would just went for the replacement on his recommendation. It's sad that he was only interested in selling me a new set of doors. Needless to say I paid him the service call and sent him on his way. I do not recommend this company to anyone

Tony your technician was excellent. He knew what he was doing and explained.the service needed. He estimated the job would take two hours and it was. I paid by credit card. The receipt should have been sent to my email. I have not received it yet. We purchased a new opener, remotes, key pads and rollers.

Drew was FANTASTIC. I called for service and he was there within hours. My complete installed was decades old and posed a safety hazard, so he worked well into the evening to get my new products installed and working properly. He was polite, professional and left my garage clean and clear.

I called at 1:30 and Scott told me they could have someone there between 2:00 and 6:00 that same day... Thanks much. Collin called at about 1:45 after he finished a job in Bryant and he said he would be there in about 45 minutes and he arrived as he said at about 2:30. Great service. Ours is an older door so was not sure what we needed but I knew the spring was broken. Yes that and more was needed but was a little apprehensive at first but after Collin showed me all the problems and explained the safety issues, we went along with the total repair. Needed many things that I would never have thought but tonight the door works great and the opener seems to be much quieter. Money well spent and a great guarantee. Thanks again Collin and Scott.

The two gentlemen that came out did not tell me it was all in my head. I was very disappointed, but they did offer the next best thing, which was a solution and one that could be done today. New motor, new remotes, and new gizmo that pulls the door up and down and two new supports across the door. They said they would hook my car garage door openers up and one car (German) was not wanting to cooperate, but they hung in until all was working. Very much appreciated. Highly recommend the service that Precision Overhead Doors provides!

Collin came out the same day as our door malfunction, had replacement parts on the van, and installed them in a reasonable time. He then showed me how all of it worked, helped me with the new settings, and answered my questions. Precision Garage Door Service has always been reliable.

Thomas did a great job and was very helpful answering all of my questions. I was hopeful this would be a simple repair, but it ended up needing to be a whole replacement, which of course is more of an investment. He allowed me the time and answered questions to allow me to be confident about my choice. He did not try to "oversell", which for me, is very important for a positive experience. I came out in the am on a Saturday morning to find one of my garage door springs had broken. I had used a local company before and was not impressed with their personnel or the service they provided. Looking online for other options I saw your company and thought I’d give it a try. Not expecting same day service, I called and was given a time slot of 12-2pm. Same day. This was an unexpected gift from the garage door god. My tech called about 15 mins out and arrived before 12:30. Upon arriving he inspected the door and gave an estimate for the repair of the spring. Further inspection revealed 3 broken hinges which he added to my estimate. After the tear down to replace the spring, the tech found the bearings to also be bad. These doors, I have 5, are 30 years old so I can’t complain about the service they have given. The tech always kept me advised of what was needed and give me the cost before performing the work. He was very professional, courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. After the work was completed I explained I had a remote issue with another door for which he quickly identified as a bad remote. I had tried to reprogram this remote a number of times and thought maybe I was doing something wrong. After watching him I was using the right procedure, it was a bad remote. He had one on the truck so I purchased it, he programmed it, issue solved. I could not be happier with the service received from your company. My technician name was Ethan. If I have any future problems I will definitely use your company again. In fact, barring an absolute emergency, I’ll wait till this young man is available to affect the repairs!!

The response to the garage door repair request we submitted online was extremely prompt, professional, and effective. The technician was very knowledgeable and experienced; he understood our problems and had all the materials and equipment ready to resolve our situation. Moreover, he was kind, polite, and friendly in his disposition. The repair parts that he installed were of superior quality to those that had to be replaced, although comparatively expensive. However, the extra cost was justifiable, in my opinion, due to the obvious difference in their superior quality.
