You can get talk with James who was not concerned about my experience with your company. He didn't much care. Tony stretched out some wires and got the door to operate. Then I had to ask him to secure them with a clamp, why he didn't do that in the first place is questionable. Scheduling was a nightmare. I can't recommend your company.

The receptionist was great in making my appointment and our technician Ethan came out and he was great from the time he called and said he was on the way. Our 2 yr old garage door was having issues. A service Rep, Collin, was out within an hour. He quickly checked it out, made adjustments and we were back to working.
