My experience with Precision was extremely satisfactory from beginning to end. The first contact phone call reassured me that my needs were understood to be urgent. I was given an appointment time within hours of my call, the staff stayed in touch with me, and the technician came out on time. He was professional, pleasant and efficient and did not belabor the extent of the problem. He explained what he was going to do and got my okay to proceed. He explained the bill to me and answered all my questions. He got the door to function. I wish all technicians would treat customers with as much respect as the Precision staff did. My garage door is fixed. The charge was reasonable, and I am a happy customer. I will return to Precision if I have any future garage door problems. Job well done!

I called at 9 a.m. and was told someone would come between noon and 2 p.m. The repairman came at noon and by 1:30 I had a functioning garage door. He explained the various problems with my garage door very clearly and I believe I got exactly what I needed. Five stars for sure.

My door works likes its brand new. However, I never got a receipt. How do I get my receipt? I'm suppose to have a ten year warenty but I have no receipt or proof. 5 stars for the work & my door does work like new, but I'm giving 3 stars because I never got a receipt.

The technician called early to let me know that he was running late and gave me a realistic time as to when he believed he would be finished (which he was right on the money!). Our garage door broke on Friday and I thought there was no way we could get anyone to fix it because of the weekend. I used the yellow-page directory in hopes of finding someone that would help us with our problem. I was excited when I read your ad. I called and the person I talked to was very nice and assured me Precision could come to fix it on Saturday morning. The technician called at 7:30 am to tell us he was on his way. He was very efficient and it did not take him long to fix it. We were very pleased .Thank you. If anything else happens, we will definitely call Precision and hopefully they can help us again.

KC came to my house to repair a broken garage door. He is very professional, knowledgeable, and competent. he is a credit to your company. After discussing repair options with him I decided to do more than the minimum repair required just to fix the immediate problem; I also did some upgrades to my door and operating system to prevent future problems. I was very impressed that KC had every thing on his truck to do what I wanted done without future service calls or delays. I will use Precision for any future garage door issues that I may have.

Five star service!! The technicians were on time, friendly, professional in manner and dress. Best of all they repaired my noisy door for the price they quoted to me. My house is on the market and this was what was bothering me--whether I could afford it, whether they could repair it soon as my "inspection" is coming up. They explained to me what caused the noise and what caused it to be sensitive when we used the inside button. I was completely satisfied with Precision Door Service.
