Every single time they come to my house, they try to sell me a new motor. They tried again last Friday. I've bought 2 in the last 2 years. I had to have my husband handle it. That is irritating to me. The wrong 'motherboard" was ordered. That won't be in for another 3 days. So, I get to get on a ladder to open and close my large garage door. Not fun. :(

To be honest, the initial reason we selected Precision to call was because you were open on the weekends, and we hoped not to have to wait until Monday. Additionally, "woman owned" caught my eye. Our 2 yr old garage door was having issues. A service Rep, Collin, was out within an hour. He quickly checked it out, made adjustments and we were back to working. Collin was very personable, professional and efficient. He sold us a can of garage hinge lube specific to the door and showed us where to use and how often.

We were so impressed by Ethan, our service technician. He was courteous, knowledgeable friendly and polite. My husband also commented that he can’t imagine the experience being any better. Thomas did a great job and was very helpful answering all of my questions. I was hopeful this would be a simple repair, but it ended up needing to be a whole replacement, which of course is more of an investment. He allowed me the time and answered questions to allow me to be confident about my choice. He did not try to "oversell", which for me, is very important for a positive experience. I also appreciated that Precision could get my problem taken care of in a timely manner.
