We were so impressed by Ethan, our service technician. He was courteous, knowledgeable friendly and polite. My husband also commented that he can’t imagine the experience being any better. It was also really easy to book an appointment online which was very convenient . Everything is working correctly now, no problems at all. Ethan also called us before he came and he actually arrived a little bit early, which was perfect! Thomas did a great job and was very helpful answering all of my questions. I was hopeful this would be a simple repair, but it ended up needing to be a whole replacement, which of course is more of an investment. He allowed me the time and answered questions to allow me to be confident about my choice. He did not try to "oversell", which for me, is very important for a positive experience. I also appreciated that Precision could get my problem taken care of in a timely manner.

Super unhappy with my experience. I had a broken spring that needed replaced. The person that responded to the call only tried to sell me a whole new garage door for the cost of over $3,000. I kept asking if I could just get the spring replaced in the meantime so I could use the door and he kept pushing the whole replacement telling me that one spring would cost $600. I paid the service call and sent him on his way. I was able to call another company that came out within the hour and placed both springs and both cables that were slightly frayed for $300. I didn’t like the pushy sales tactic at all.
