Our original garage repair place has permanent closed. Saw this commercial on tv. Wow you guys are AWESOME. One phone call and within 1 hour the tech was here to do the work. Drew was our tech and I have already fell in love with. He explained everything to us about the new opener and when I understood what he was saying I was already sold. Thank you for hiring people who really cares and not just working for the money.

Ethan was very knowledgeable. He assessed the damage to our garage door system and gave me several options to choose from—the absolutely necessary repairs, the recommended repairs based on the age/wear of the parts with and without a new motor, and with and without a new door. I chose the recommended repairs with a new motor and am very satisfied so far. They sent repairman the same day I called, provided the estimates and options that day, and then made the repairs and installed new motor unit that day as well. I have used Precision in the past, and they still are professional, efficient, and great at what they do! Highly recommend!
