My first call was to a same day service I was told it would be 5 days before they could check it out. So I called PRECISION they could be here between 4:00 and 6:00 ( same day).Tony called around 3:00 and was on his way. He quickly assessed my problem , my 27 year old opener needed replaced. The price was about what I expected. So Tony went to work and with no wasted motion replaced my opener and rail. He had everything he needed on his truck, and in no time I had a modern up to date opener that I’m very happy with and if I have any more problems I’ll call PRÉCISION first.

Everyone I came in contact with was first class in communications. Corey was the installer and he was excellent in putting the new doors in. One thing was also true, that is, all persons involved were really proud to be a part of the company. Had an emergency with our garage door. Someone was on site in less than 2 hours from the time we called. Options for repair/replacement were explained along with estimated prices. New garage door including hardware and motor was installed the next morning. There was a problem but the technician remained on site until the problem was resolved and everything was working to our satisfaction. Very pleased and grateful for both the technicians and the quick response time.

My appointment was scheduled on Saturday, Briear arrived promptly at noon on Monday. We discussed our options; I was highly satisfied with his knowledge and decided to upgrade. I called Precision due to our garage door messing up. I was able to call, make an appt and they came out the same day. The receptionist was great in making my appointment and our technician Ethan came out and he was great from the time he called and said he was on the way. He definitely knew his job, gave us the ins and outs, recommended what would be best and got the job done. We appreciate the great service and will definitely be using you all again.

The two gentlemen that came out did not tell me it was all in my head. I was very disappointed, but they did offer the next best thing, which was a solution and one that could be done today. New motor, new remotes, and new gizmo that pulls the door up and down and two new supports across the door. They said they would hook my car garage door openers up and one car (German) was not wanting to cooperate, but they hung in until all was working. Very much appreciated. Highly recommend the service that Precision Overhead Doors provides!
