Precision installed a new door a couple of years ago and put a sticker with phone number by my control on the wall. I was impressed and confident in their quality service and called Saturday for service. Monday, Ethan updated my motor (20 yrs old) with a new motor and controls and was super courteous. I will use them again and recommend Precision Door! Ethan needs a raise! He is a jewel!

Called for an appointment yesterday. Got one for today. The representative,Drew, was personable, knowledgeable, and showed me the deteriorating parts on my garage door. He made sensible recommendations, and didn’t try to sell anything I didn’t need. Very happy with service. Would definitely call Precision Door if I need help again. Highly recommended. Two thumbs way up!

Tech was available to come out next day. Large spring had broken and the garage door wouldn't open. Our car was left out in the rain. Taylor was very friendly and professional. Installed new spring and did maintenance work. Now door works great!!!

Forgot I had a warranty from 10 years ago. Spring broke late yesterday. I called at 4:30 pm. Taylor, personable young service guy showed up at 8:30am and fixed by 9:45am. Warranty covered, just paid a service fee!
