My experience with Precision was extremely satisfactory from beginning to end. The first contact phone call reassured me that my needs were understood to be urgent. I was given an appointment time within hours of my call, the staff stayed in touch with me, and the technician came out on time. He was professional, pleasant and efficient and did not belabor the extent of the problem. He explained what he was going to do and got my okay to proceed. He explained the bill to me and answered all my questions. He got the door to function. I wish all technicians would treat customers with as much respect as the Precision staff did. My garage door is fixed. The charge was reasonable, and I am a happy customer. I will return to Precision if I have any future garage door problems. Job well done!

We called Precision Door Service on 1/9 (Friday) and they came out to our house on 1/10 (Saturday). They gave us a quote and said they could come at 2pm on 1/13 to install a new garage door. They arrived on time and installed the garage door. They are prompt, professional, and very skilled at what they do.

My technician was wonderful. He called and ask if he could come an hour earlier than our scheduled time of 6 to 8. He really knew what he was doing. He replaced the bad spring very quickly. He also took extra time to spray the rollers on both of our doors. The one he replaced the springs on and our single door. Very pleased with the service.

My technician not only on time, but he was actually a little early. i appreciated the email i received confirming my appointment as well as exactly who would be coming out. Then the technicin called to confirm he was on the way and that if it was OK he would be a little early. They went above and beyond to make sure the system worked properly and would continue to work properly. I WILL recommend them in the future.

Precision Garage Door, thank you for the excellent same day service. The technician arrived promptly at the arranged time. He was very professional, knowledgeable and efficient. He not only replaced the broken spring but upgraded the door, replacing worn parts and other requested part replacement. Can barely hear the door open or close, better now than when the door was new. Would recommend Precision Door to others. I'd give you a 5 star rating.

We utilized Precision Door Services for new garage door opener/belt drive install as recommended b/c current opener malfunctioning. Our entire garage door opener system needed to be replaced. As a mom of a 2 week old new-born it was important to feel safe when returning home, esp. at night if my husband was not with us. I was very anxious to have he garage door repaired. Our service technician was very professional, friendly, and informative. He was willing to answer any of my questions( I had several) due to my husband not being available at time of repair. He was very confident and knowledgeable when answering my questions-he did not just give a direct answer, but instead offered explanations for me with his answers. I had a busted spring on my garage door, called Precision from online add. We scheduled a time and they showed up when they said they would, the price was what they said it would be, and the technician called me when he was on his way.
