Precision came the same day I called! The technician installed a new garage door opener, cable, rollers and chain. Almost everything except the door itself. I liked that he thought the springs were still in okay condition, so he did not install them new but told us what to expect when they would wear out. I liked that the company has pictures of the technicians on the website, and they told you in advance who would most likely be coming over. We got excellent training in using our new system and maintaining it properly.

My technician was very courteous, professional and an apparent excellent technician, replacing a 16 year old LiftMaster chain garage door motor with a new belt driven motor and new electronics - all in less than 1 1/2 hours. Technician was very professional and spent time to thoroughly explain the problems found and the options to repair it. After installing two new garage door motors, he explained in great detail how to work the new key pad and remotes. I knew that the time allotted for my service call was only for a repair, but he wound up installing 2 motors. It took him a good 3 hours, but never complained that he was now behind on his other calls, missed lunch, etc... I was very pleased with the service I received today.

I can't say enough good things about Precision Door! I have had nothing but excellent service from this company. As a 60 year old female who lives alone, I often get nervous when I meet repairmen at my home. The Precision Door staff is wonderful and totally puts me at ease. I never feel like they are taking advantage of me (because I know so little about repairs) and I certainly never feel uncomfortable having them at my home. Chris arrived quickly to perform the repair. He was informative on what had happened and what we needed to do to repair it. He worked quickly and when he was finished he showed us how to properly lubricate the door to extend the life of the door. Overall, the experience and service was excellent.
