I chose Precision for my garage door needs not only because of the convincing advertisement in yellow pages but because I have used their services in the past. I am well pleased with services rendered by my assigned technician, Stacy. He was very timely and very clearly explained to me his observations, repairs, recommendations and options. He did not try to force me to make a choice. His recommendation however, supported my thought, installing a new garage door. I am looking forward to an excellent job being done on the installation.

I have had car garage door issues for the past year. I was browsing online and saw this company. I called in to inquire about its services and was pleasantly surprise by the level of customer service and courtesy. The technician (Adam) came in one Monday evening, explained all the process, and why I have had the issues. He recommended me the best solution and I went for it. Adam was my technician. My wife said the door was broken at 7:00am. I made a call to Precision at 8:05. Adam was there at my scheduled appointment time. He assessed the problem, fixed it and I was back to work before my lunch was over on the same day. It was a great experience.

Same day service as promised. Technician knowledgeable and congenial. He not only performed the service, I appreciated information he gave me about garage doors. Also, he pointed out something that was getting worn and I realized it was the cause of some screeching noises. He explained that the rollers would eventually need replacement. There was no pressure to do it immediately. Here again he gave me information so I could make my own informed decision. I would highly recommend the company and the technician and his assistant.

James was very thorough in his inspection. He did several trials on the battery to ensure that it was indeed bad. After putting in a new battery, he also checked the whole system to see if there were any other problems. He was courteous and informative about the system.
