I called Precision and they sent a rep to look at my garage door. He gave me plenty of options and I elected to go with a new door. He worked an estimate and we agreed on a price all from my home. The rep was courteous and knowledgeable. I recommend Precision highly!

James, Precision Overhead Garage Door Service Technician, deserves a 5* Rating. Services were provided on March 4 and June 6, 2017. On both occasions I was very satisfied. He was prompt; personable; courteous; extremely knowledgeable; extremely competent; honest; and most importantly; fair. He was sincere, pleasant, and appeared to genuinely enjoy people. James sold me on Precision Overhead Door.

Great customer service attitude. A real people person. He listened to our concerns, saw the problems, explained the needed work and the process. Quoted a cost that was comfortable to our budget. This technician was friendly and worked at a steady pace. Our door is up and working as if nothing ever happened. Thanks Precision Doors we will recommend you to anyone. Freda

I chose Precision for my garage door needs not only because of the convincing advertisement in yellow pages but because I have used their services in the past. I am well pleased with services rendered by my assigned technician, Stacy. He was very timely and very clearly explained to me his observations, repairs, recommendations and options. He did not try to force me to make a choice. His recommendation however, supported my thought, installing a new garage door. I am looking forward to an excellent job being done on the installation.

Jason was very courteous, explained the options well, called before coming then arrived on time. After an evening lightening storm damaged our garage door opener, Precision Door made arrangements to get us on their schedule the day I called. Would definitely use again and recommend to others. Thanks again for your prompt service!!

I have had car garage door issues for the past year. I was browsing online and saw this company. I called in to inquire about its services and was pleasantly surprise by the level of customer service and courtesy. The technician (Adam) came in one Monday evening, explained all the process, and why I have had the issues. He recommended me the best solution and I went for it. He came on Saturday morning, fixed the garage door and voila! I am very pleased about the professionalism, the courtesy, and the level of service. Would recommend this company to people in a heartbeat. Thank you

The service man was very professional and helpful but I was not asked or given a senior discount. Guess he thought I did not look old enough but I am. Will use you again.

Adam was my technician. My wife said the door was broken at 7:00am. I made a call to Precision at 8:05. Adam was there at my scheduled appointment time. He assessed the problem, fixed it and I was back to work before my lunch was over on the same day. It was a great experience.
