We were very thankful for Precision today! Our garage door wouldn't open, and I needed to leave the house to make an appointment. I called Precision, and in 30 minutes, James was at our door. He analyzed the problem quickly and got to work replacing the broken parts. Fortunately, we had purchased the highest quality warranty when Precision installed the door three years ago, and so the parts were covered by that warranty. We hope we don't have to call on Precision again anytime soon, but we are always happy to know their help is just a phone call away.

I was impressed with the quick service that I received. When your garage door will not open or close and you cant get to your appointments or work, you need help quickly. Service man was here within the hour and was courteous and had the necessary repairs done within 30 minutes. Will use again and recommend to anyone needing garage door repairs.

Pleased with the door and with installers James and Carmichael. Only issue - had ordered a lock for the door and it wasn’t brought at installation today. James assured me he would have it installed late this week (by 6-29) or early next week. I told James that I was going out of town and needed the door locked.

Service was great and technician was knowledgeable and polite, but the total cost of torsion spring replacement was over three times what was originally estimated. No issues with the service, but felt a little ripped off after getting such a lowball estimate.

Precision Door replaced our two garage doors several years ago, and we were very pleased with the quality of the service. We called Precision Door, again, when the motor malfunctioned.

Probably the worst service experience ever. Technician was a nice young man, but didn't have the skill or spare parts to repair my opener. Supervisor James reported that 2 hours labor would be required to change the trolley mechanism, and owner Steve said it was sending good money after bad to repair the unit. Recommended replacement with new. Harmon Overhead Door replaced the trolley mechanism the next day, serviced and lubed both doors, and charged $50 for the part, and took about 30 minutes labor. Not the 2 hours reported by James. Will call Harmon first next time.

I had my 2 garage door chain drive openers replaced with the 8550W belt drives. They are much quieter and I'm pleased. The installers were friendly and informative and installed the motors and tracks fairly quick.

Stacy was great - from the initial consultation to the clean up after the installation - he took care of every detail. Very professional job of installing our new door and opener. The man with Stacy was also very nice and professional. We will certainly recommend Precision to our friends and family. Love how quiet the new opener is.

Wow, what great customer service. I called this morning to get on the list for a service call and the guys were here earlier than promised. We ended up replacing the entire unit since ours was 12 years old. Could not be happier with the quality of work and professionalism shown by the guys. Will recommend and use again!

Another good job well done; beginning with an advance email and 20 min phone call before on-time arrival. Work included some minor reprogramming and the replacement of all rollers on two doors. Alex was great-explained things about garage doors (two different brands). He was courteous, called before arriving, was actually in neighborhood so he was was early. Home Advisor was ow I found them-email/call came quickly and appt. scheduled for the next day.
