I was not sure who to call when I needed my door worked on. Google search found you guys and I saw your business hours for Saturday fit my needs. Service was prompt and Alex was very personable. A new garage door wasn't on my list of things to purchase right now, but buying a new one was affordable and repairing and 20+ year old door just didn't seem like a long term solution. Service Tech on time and found problem quickly. Repair made and then he serviced the unit and identified a couple of things to watch as the door is 10 years old and showing signs of use. I would recommend Precision as they have serviced my unit twice. The first time we from a power serge that took out the circuit board. This company is honest and treats customers very well.
