Called late one evening when our garage door quit working and was surprised someone answered and set an appointment up asap. The day of the appt, I was given a heads up that they were running behind schedule and a ETA when they would be there. The technician, Alex, was informative and professional. He worked quickly and was finished within an hour. I thought their pricing was reasonable. Highly recommend using Precision.

A mistake was made in the installation of new springs on my garage door. The result was a different problem occurring. Alex was my technician today. I have to say so far, I have been very impressed with the service I received. James was professional and quick. The price was reasonable to fix two springs, and he also apparently put in new rollers and fixed the metal trim for no extra charge. I had been worried, but my mind was put at ease. He was a God-send! 5 stars!
