We love our garage door. The insulation prevents extreme temperatures and noise levels. It is also the quietest door of all. The Precision representatives and technicians are nice, Knowledgeable and professional.

A little after 9am I went to open our garage door. About half way up the door CRASHED down. The spring broke. I called Precision and they had someone to our house just after 10am. Shelton was very polite and explained the situation and what he would be doing to get our door operational again. We have 2 doors of the same age so we decided to replace springs on both and the cables on one door that had minor fraying. Before noon Shelton was finished.

The service performed was a simple analysis of why our remotes (3, counting the one in the car) were not working. The lock was engaged. I had no idea. They were on time and efficient. Everything was fixed within 10 minutes. Their rates are reasonable.
