James did a great job! He arrived early,called 10 minutes out and was nice. He also helped me save money and reminded me of something that I almost forgot about. Could not have gone better. Was also quick but still good.

A little after 9am I went to open our garage door. About half way up the door CRASHED down. The spring broke. I called Precision and they had someone to our house just after 10am. Shelton was very polite and explained the situation and what he would be doing to get our door operational again. We have 2 doors of the same age so we decided to replace springs on both and the cables on one door that had minor fraying. Before noon Shelton was finished.

He was very nice and assessed our garage door problem quickly and it's like having a new door now. Although I still don't agree with being charged for my initial call for repair to my garage unit that is still covered by warranty, I did find the follow up service and installation of the faulty circuit board excellent along with being covered by the warranty. I guess the warranty will pay for a service call as long as a part needs to be replaced.

James is awsome! My appointment was between 8-10 a.m., he called me at 7:50 to inform me that he was 10 minutes away and showed up exactly at 8. He quickly diagnosed my garage door, replaced my door springs (under warranty), adjusted the pulleys/cables, and adjusted/programmed the door opener so that it closed just right. Stacy and Alex arrived on time, however the CSR I scheduled with had my service order screwed up, and they came prepared to install three new motors. I also had to give her my physical address just before she hung up, as she never asked me for it. And she had my email address wrong on my order. It was apparent she was in a hurry, and PLEASE STOP telling me with every response that it's "beautiful", "amazing", or "perfect". Use a professional dialogue or go automated. Now, Alex and Stacy were VERY professional, personable, and informative. They corrected some minor issues, explained their recommendations, and left me with a sense of confidence in their work and expertise.
