Precision came the same day I called! The technician installed a new garage door opener, cable, rollers and chain. Almost everything except the door itself. I liked that he thought the springs were still in okay condition, so he did not install them new but told us what to expect when they would wear out. I liked that the company has pictures of the technicians on the website, and they told you in advance who would most likely be coming over. We got excellent training in using our new system and maintaining it properly.

My technician was very courteous, professional and an apparent excellent technician, replacing a 16 year old LiftMaster chain garage door motor with a new belt driven motor and new electronics - all in less than 1 1/2 hours. I was impressed all the new equipment was on the service truck. Many thanks, JMH

Our Technician fixed our garage door with confidence, respect, and amazing professionalism. He is what I refer to as, "The last of the southern gentleman', despite his youth. In this day and age in America, where so many of our youth are lost, hats off to him. It was an honor and privilege to have met him. Oh, and our garage door is perfect now. Thank you, Precision. Sincerely, Donna D. Ryburn

Technician was very professional and spent time to thoroughly explain the problems found and the options to repair it. After installing two new garage door motors, he explained in great detail how to work the new key pad and remotes. I knew that the time allotted for my service call was only for a repair, but he wound up installing 2 motors. It took him a good 3 hours, but never complained that he was now behind on his other calls, missed lunch, etc... I was very pleased with the service I received today.

I can't say enough good things about Precision Door! I have had nothing but excellent service from this company. As a 60 year old female who lives alone, I often get nervous when I meet repairmen at my home. The Precision Door staff is wonderful and totally puts me at ease. I never feel like they are taking advantage of me (because I know so little about repairs) and I certainly never feel uncomfortable having them at my home. David is a jewel and very respectful...and helpful. I wholeheartedly recommend this company without reservation.

Tech was very friendly and knowledgeable and by the time he left all of my questions and concerns were answered. If friends and/or family need service he would be my first choice. I rated him a 5 Star. Could not think of anything that would cause me to rate him any different. He is a great representative for Percision Door. Good job.

My garage doors are almost thirty years old, and when I lost service today, the technician had to make two separate trips. I was unable to lift the doors on my own and could not get my car out so I needed immediate service. He was here the second time within the hour, which I certainly appreciated. This is the third time in as many years that I have needed Precision's assistance and have never been disappointed.

Prompt, professional service. Excellent communication. Superb workmanship. No surprises. This is as fine of an experience I have ever had in many years of home projects. Jolene, you have a very good company that is run very well and exceeds all expectations in communicating with the Customer through every step of the project. Wish there were more companies like yours. My techs were both excellent.
