I can't say enough good things about Precision Door! I have had nothing but excellent service from this company. As a 60 year old female who lives alone, I often get nervous when I meet repairmen at my home. The Precision Door staff is wonderful and totally puts me at ease. I never feel like they are taking advantage of me (because I know so little about repairs) and I certainly never feel uncomfortable having them at my home. David is a jewel and very respectful...and helpful. I wholeheartedly recommend this company without reservation.

Chris arrived quickly to perform the repair. He was informative on what had happened and what we needed to do to repair it. He worked quickly and when he was finished he showed us how to properly lubricate the door to extend the life of the door. Overall, the experience and service was excellent.

The two service persons did a great job putting in the new door. The garage was not level but that didn't stop them from figuring out the best way to compensate for the problem. When the motor began acting strange Chris came and quickly replaced it and the rail with something my old device never had - a noiseless and smart motor and rail. Didn't expect to spend quite as much but am glad I did. Your guys were great and equipment the best.
