Problems were occuring with opening my Garage Door, along with remotes and other things. So, began a search for Professional Services and found Precision. Talked w/Agent who set my appt. right then(time, Tech person, etc.) Tech (Drew Fahqar) called, arrived right on time, introduced himself, steps of problems/questions-got busy w/job. The spring broke on our garage door. Taylor was the technician who fixed it for us on a Saturday. He was knowledgeable, polite, explained his work, and was very focused on customer service. He replaced the parts and even fixed another issue with the door not opening high enough while he was there. So glad Precision and Taylor were there to help on a weekend. I have not used Precision prior to this but will use them from now on.
