Great Service! Our garage broke over the weekend. I called first thing Monday morning and they were able to come that day to repair our door! Jim, our repairman, was very professional and was very good at describing what was wrong and how he would fix it. Would highly recommend Precision!

I had an issue with my door not opening and not staying closed when it did open...called Precision and had a technician at my house less than an hour later. Shelton was very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. If I have another issue, will be sure to use Precision Door again and request Shelton!

We had one of the coil springs break on our garage door and call Precision to do the repair! Shelton Kennedy was our technician and he did a wonderful job in installing the new springs recommending needed repairs and going the extra mile in getting my door adjusted! The tech came the next day. He was on time and nice. I told him the problem and he said "worst case will be a new motor". I thought - I have to buy a new motor. However, it turned out that the motor just needed some calibration. No new motor needed! Thank you for being honest.

Precision is a wonderful company. The technician, Alex, was great. He arrived early, he took time to explain the problem, what to look for so we could deal with a problem before it got too far, and made the repairs in a very timely manner. We were very thankful for Precision today! Our garage door wouldn't open, and I needed to leave the house to make an appointment. I called Precision, and in 30 minutes, James was at our door. He analyzed the problem quickly and got to work replacing the broken parts. Fortunately, we had purchased the highest quality warranty when Precision installed the door three years ago, and so the parts were covered by that warranty. We hope we don't have to call on Precision again anytime soon, but we are always happy to know their help is just a phone call away.

I was impressed with the quick service that I received. When your garage door will not open or close and you cant get to your appointments or work, you need help quickly.
