The repair man was great very friendly and knowledgeable. He also came prepared to fix what ever needed fixing. He came with supplies that he might need in his truck. I needed garage door safety cables and he had them in his truck. I also needed new remotes and he had them in his truck. It was wonderful to see someone have the knowledge and take pride in his work.

A lightning storm damaged my garage door opener. I called Precision at 8:45 am and the woman answering the phone was so polite and helpful. Their technician Jim arrived at my home just before 10:00 am that same morning. Jim was great! He figured out the problem right away and all repairs were made by 12:30 pm.
