It was amazing! I woke up to a garage door with a broken spring that wouldn't open. I called Precision at 0830, by 945, the service man had arrived at my house, installed a new spring and was gone! The service tech was very knowledgeable, provided me with options, was courteous and Covid aware. Great company, great service, great repair technician!

A lightning storm damaged my garage door opener. I called Precision at 8:45 am and the woman answering the phone was so polite and helpful. Their technician Jim arrived at my home just before 10:00 am that same morning. Jim was great! He figured out the problem right away and all repairs were made by 12:30 pm. A fantastic company with fantastic people. They have done work for us twice in the past. They will be my first call for any future needs. Thank you, Precision!!!

Our garage door kept getting stuck and wouldn’t close. Shelton came out, fixed it in 5 minutes and then did a tune up and replaced the “wheels”. He was super nice and super quick!
