I came out in the am on a Saturday morning to find one of my garage door springs had broken. I had used a local company before and was not impressed with their personnel or the service they provided. Looking online for other options I saw your company and thought I’d give it a try. Not expecting same day service, I called and was given a time slot of 12-2pm. Same day. This was an unexpected gift from the garage door god. My tech called about 15 mins out and arrived before 12:30. Upon arriving he inspected the door and gave an estimate for the repair of the spring. Further inspection revealed 3 broken hinges which he added to my estimate. After the tear down to replace the spring, the tech found the bearings to also be bad. These doors, I have 5, are 30 years old so I can’t complain about the service they have given. The tech always kept me advised of what was needed and give me the cost before performing the work. He was very professional, courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. After the work was completed I explained I had a remote issue with another door for which he quickly identified as a bad remote. I had tried to reprogram this remote a number of times and thought maybe I was doing something wrong. After watching him I was using the right procedure, it was a bad remote. He had one on the truck so I purchased it, he programmed it, issue solved. I could not be happier with the service received from your company. My technician name was Ethan. If I have any future problems I will definitely use your company again. In fact, barring an absolute emergency, I’ll wait till this young man is available to affect the repairs!!

Wonderful experience. Called Tuesday afternoon. Set up a time between 10:00-12:00 Wednesday morning. Ethan and Colin were at our house at 10:00. Both guys were great. Told us what was wrong with our door and what they were going to do to repair it. They finished up in a little over an hour. Door works great, it is quiet and the guys were very helpful and very courteous. Thank you. I would recommend Precision to help with any issues with the garage door.

The guy came out and didn’t do anything that was worth 77.07 for. We told him that everything worked until we change out the outside button control and he was wanting us to replace the whole unit. We only replaced it because the button was wore out.

Tony came out for a quick review of the door and everything checked out. He informed me that I should lubricate spring and hinges on a quarterly basis and left the lubricant. Very nice individual and appreciated his thoroughness.

Garage door was completely out of commission and make a call the night prior to schedule an appointment. I did a cold call and after I gave my information to Bella she told me that someone would be out within two hours. Within 15 minutes I had an appointment. Drew told me he was on his way. Not even an hour after my phone call Drew was in my garage explaining to me what my options were. Unfortunately, I’ll have to invest in a completely new door and parts system; and Drew gave me an estimate but understood that I needed to put off the complete overhaul for a week or so. There was no pressure, he took me at my word, and just gave me some safety measures. I appreciate the overall service that I received from beginning to end not to mention how quickly that service was provided to me
