The reason why I called Precision for garage door service on a Saturday. Service Tech was a true professional that solved my problem and offered suggestions for the future with new garage door options. He certainly deserves and earned a five star rating. I was really impressed with the tech options with doing everything on a tablet. I will definetley consider his new door suggestion in the near future.

I had a new garage door opener, springs, rollers, etc installed in January. Have been having intermittent problems with the door not opening. I have been somewhat frustrated but on a positive note. Precision came out and is so nice to work with and concerned I get good service. The technician made some adjustments and reassured me if I had any more problems he would be back. Your company is very fortunate to have Chris as an employee.

OUR OVERHEAD DOOR WAS BUMPED WITH A FORKLIFT (AGAIN) AND THIS TIME ON A SATURDAY. HEY... NEVER FEAR WE CALLED PRECISION DOOR SERVICE AND THEY CAME OUT WITHIN THE HOUR AND FIXED IT! GREAT SERVICE GREAT! TECHNICIAN TOO!
